Questions
What is an employee engagement survey?
An employee engagement survey asks how committed people feel to their work, their team and the organization. Results are usually reported by team, so managers can see where commitment is strong and where it is not.
What is the difference between engagement and satisfaction?
Satisfaction asks whether people are content with the conditions of the job. Engagement asks whether they feel committed. See the satisfaction questions.
Can engagement be high when people are exhausted?
Yes. People can care about the work and still have little left at the end of the day, which is why some organizations ask about workload and recovery as well.
